local tri club organized 1/2 day swim clinic run by swim smooth Chicago. http://www.swimsmoothchicago.com/ Participants were primarily adult onset swimmers - varying skill levels - one kona age group qualifier. Great video analysis (including underwater). Recommend if she comes to your town.
