@Toni Buck - OK, sounds good remember not all of the workouts need to be hard. It’s just a function of you spending more of your dedicated training time on the bike so we can see benefits. I will take a look at your training plan this weekend and make some adjustments.
@Toni Buck fourth ride added (around your travel) mostly as a sunday "pre run" warm up session. As silly as it sounds, this "Short Bike + Long Run" combo will help...so let's do it!

@Coach Patrick thank you for your help. I decided to take the 2 Friday’s before vacation to get my long rides done. I also reached out & said hello to Shannon U. I did not know about CoachEn option. I am feeling more strong. I will try the short bike + run.
