Scott Hamel Official Coach Thread

Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Coach Notes: Watch the Official Video Here

I think that we have to drop you into our OutSeason Plan (week 3) to get you on schedule with a basic week. Once that's in play, we can start to dig into the workout spacing, recovery and more. Even if you can't do the full workout by intensity, we can get you to Bike/Run on the right days for the right amount of time. Make sense?

Instructions for managing your plans (you are in charge) is ^above^!!

Let's get to work!

  • Hi -

Having some trouble navigating the site and locating where my plan is.  Where do I locate the Outseason Training Plan itself?  That link just takes me to an overview of what it looks like.  The video linked is for someone else as well (unless that is just an example video?).  Thanks!
  •  Sure, that is a description on how the plan works for the entire team. Your information specific to you is here in this forum thread.

To find your training plan you need to navigate to the training plan tab/my plan which is on the members website here: https://members.endurancenation.us
