PUBLISHED: 2018 EN*FULL, Minimalist (All Levels) 20 Week Plans...

Team, Your Minimalist Full Plan is Live!!!  :p  ;):) 

Ok folks the 2018 Full Minimalist Plan is now available. You can find the plan under Training Plan/My Plan/Move Change Plan. 

As a refresher, the Minimalist plan condenses your training into more of a manageable schedule — we recommend it for athletes who face training limitations (can only go long on weekends) or can only maintain a limited training load (read: physical limitations). 

For 2018, there is only one EN*FULL Minimalist plan. 20 weeks long it’s a "complete" plan even if most of you will only do the final 12 weeks. Due to the limited training time element, the plans do not have a Bike- or Run-Focused component. If you are looking to focus your Minimalist Plan, please reach out to Coach Patrick in your Official Coach Thread. 

Edits for the 2018 version elements include:

  • No bike/run focus for minimalist, just one flavor.
  • Long Ride / Brick on Saturday
  • Long Run on Sunday (both split and long runs)
  • Swims are reduced to two a week (Monday / Friday, with Friday being an optional day off).
  • Quality Bikes (Tues FTP and Thursday ABP (at 50% of the traditional Sunday ABP session)
  • Quality / Threshold run (Wednesday).
