Work cramped the front end of the week, so I got the biking done in the last four days. FTP session Thursday 2x15@ 1.0, 1.0; VO2 Friday 2x(8x60" @330W), 90min @ 2.8W/kg Saturday Trek Zwift Ride, 3hr @2.5W/kg Zwift ODZ century today. Looking forward to just swim tomorrow.
