Linda Johnson Official Coach Thread
Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Notes
Hi, I have been currently biking indoors and swimming as I am recovering from a hip impingement, torn labrum. I did Ironman Cozumel last 2016 and placed 2nd in my age group. I would like to train for Whistler 70.3 this July 29th 2018. I have only run up to about 8 miles in distance and lay off if there is any pain. I am running about three times a week between 3 and 8 miles each time. Thanks, Linda Johnson

I had a successful race and finished strong without any injuries! I placed 11th out of 44 in my age group! Dang it, I could of got top 10, but didn't want to push it too hard, as it was a scorching hot 95 degree day!! Thanks for everything! I'm going to do it again next year, and will hopefully get into the top 10!!
