Found myself signed up for a sprint this Sunday... somehow. Any thoughts on how to fit this in with regularly scheduled workout? Long run and long bike?
That sounds like a blast. I would still go for a nice decent ride on Saturday because it’s beautiful out, call it 90 minutes to 2 hours just super easy and fun… Look up social bike path ride?
Friday should be swim only And spending a little time to get your gear together.
Then on Sunday you should reset up and then afterwards do a nice easy hour of something aerobic to cool down. Could be a spin could be a long walk/jog. Something to help shed the lactic acid.
Don’t forget to eat sports food just before and during a race! :-)
