Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Your Notes

I have been training regularly loosely following a plan. Went through some personal stuff last year so although I completed 1 full and 1 half Ironman and also qualified for Age Group nationals I did not have a consistent year and performed subpar.

I am signed up for IMWI 140.6, Chatty 70.3, Ohio 70.3 and AG Nat Olympic. In a much better place personally and have been doing some good hard training including some winter trail running and Mtn biking.

So great to have you back in the groove Katie!! I know you've been working but that's a good thing because your season is BIG TIME!!!!  :smile: 

I have recommended plans above to get you ready for CHOO, then to mix things up a bit en route to #IMWI that will have you building the bike, etc. You and I will need to connect to talk about how we taper you for OHIO and AG Nats, but this is a great start.
