Vertigo!
I woke up Sunday morning with vertigo. I was really disoriented and it was hard even to walk. I went to doctor today and she diagnosed me with Benign Positional Vertigo. She prescribed a couple of drugs and showed me how to do the Epley Maneuver (an exercise that is supposed to help).
My question - has anyone dealt with this condition? Were you able to swim, bike, and/or run safely? I figure I can ride on the trainer and the worst outcome would be making myself throw up. I'm not very confident about biking or running in the real world, and I'm afraid I might vomit in the pool if I go swimming. Any thoughts?

More effective than the Eppley is the half somersault. You can do it
yourself at home.
