When to start doing bricks?
I am 12 weeks out from my IM, I'm finding it hard to do my 1:30:00 + bike in the morning and following it up with a brick run due to time, so I am running later in the day.
At what point should I be definately doing the bike and run back to back; now, 10, 8, 6 weeks out?
I am doing the brick runs on weekends, just harder to get up xtra early to do them before work on weekdays.

You're fine just doing the brick on the weekend. That said, I think it's always better to suck it up and wake up 30-40' early so you get the run done vs letting the day do it's thing to take it away from you after work.
