Talking Points

  • Race Execution Resource Areas of the Site:  Resources / Racing Member Central
  • Adding in Critical Volume - We always use the bike!
  • Increasing the Swim - Use the gym early to "catch up" then technique focus. We can always add more swims as your race approaches!
  • Transitioning to Heat - The hotter your Spring / Summer is, the sooner you transition to using Heart Rate as a training guide vs power or pace. You can still use power/pace for the interval work (mid week) but longer sessions require heart rate zones!
