I Forgot to turn off my Garmin in T2. How do I edit the 2-3 hours of stationary time off my workout?

The harder way is to open the Garmin .wko file by connecting your watch to a computer, finding the file, opening it (I usually do it in excel), deleting the rows of data that are clearly stationary, then resaving the file and uploading it.
It's easy to cut a section in TrainingPeaks. Open the WKO and click on "Analyze", then find this screen. Highlight the part you want to delete ... it shows up in blue (see picture with the big red circle I added). Then the "Zoom" and "Cut" buttons appear.
Another way to do this is to click on a particular lap on the Laps & Splits screen. That automatically highlights that lap section in blue, and you can clip it. This is useful for taking refill breaks during long rides and runs; just hit lap to start and stop a break point, then go in and delete it from the workout
