Weigh In 6/23/10
OK, another week down, another 3 pounds. I should dip under 200 for the first time in a decade on July 14. Clutch the pearls! How are you looking Gordon? I am excited about the thought of losing my clydesdale status! *whinnie

I was actually at my goal weight for my race over the weekend and below it on Monday and Tuesday, but a deep dish pizza last night changed that and I gained two pounds since yesterday!
Overall, still on track though at 0.4 lbs lower than last week.
Still no dinners and maintaining... wish I could skip lunches and that would equal a workout.
The local cycling club's Tuesday night time trial is always good for some last-minute weight loss. I'm down 0.6 to 146.4. If I can see a number beginning with 145 next week, it will be a very big deal. Being accountable to the Haus has been a huge help, thanks peeps!
Great job Mark- you are killing it! I'm down to 107. Just 2 lbs away from the goal for race day and feeling pretty confident I'll get there now that the volume has really picked up. The key is gonna be keeping my intake reasonable. I'm already starting to see the appetite increase like crazy!
I at 147.5, have some more fluff around the waiste to lose. By 10:45 today I have eaten my breakfest and most of my lunch. Need to channel my will power and not go over board and make bad calories decesions for the rest of the day!
My new goal is 140
@Matt, your goal weight is 135? Geez, I'll never be able to match that, my family'll do the intervention long before then. (Ref Slowman's race weight calculator from the ST forums: "The trick is to keep losing weight until your friends and family ask you if you've been sick. Then you know you're within 10 pounds. If they start whispering to each other, wondering if you've got cancer or aids, you're within 5. When they actually do an intervention, you're at race weight.")
@Mark - Not sure I look any better but I am down 1 lb to 215.
If I continue on I should also be below the clyde status for IMC. Focus I need to stay focused.
