Aquabike Training Plan

Hi Coach,
For the aquabike training plan what distance(s) is it tailored to.  Due to a stress fracture I was looking to do an Olympic distance aquabike - 1500m swim and 24 mile bike.

John, it's targeted for a Half Distance -- 1.2 and 56. So the swims will be spot on, but you can dial back the longer bikes!!!
