EN Schwag question

As the weather heats up, I'm looking to get a sweat-wicking running hat.  Can someone give me details on the Team EN running hat that's for sale in the store?  Who's the manufacturer, and what model is it?  Also, do we have a discount code for the Team EN store?  Thanks!

 In one of the pictures which appears at the top of this forum, Patrick (who has hair) is wearing a visor; Rich (who doesn't) is wearing a hat. I operate on the assumption that hair retains  sweat, and helps cool the head. So I don't shave my head, or even close crop it, and wear a visor, not a hat, hoping to get better cooling the way I was designed. I don't WANT to suck sweat away from my head, just keep it out of my eyes (which presumably eyebrows are for, but don't work so well when I get going in the heat.)

Then, there are those who want to add water (via ice) to their heads, and so wear a hat for that purpose.

I'm a sun-wimp and pear a hat just to protect myself. I even wear a "French Foreign Legion" style headsweats hat a lot to protect ears and neck. I've even been known to wear my aero helmet on very bright days on longer rides just to protect my neck! :-)

The visor works great! I was wearing it this morning on the dreadmill, because my Sweatvac skullcap still wasn't dry after yesterday's bike trainer workout LOL.
