Paul Curtin Official Coach Thread
Hello Coach P -- it's time to put a little structure into the next 16 weeks. So far my season has gone pretty well, I'm at about the same level as last year for overall fitness and volume. However, bike is higher and run is lower. Swimming is going well, I'm not completely exhausted after a 3000-yard workout like I was last year
Planning for two more races before Kona:
My workouts are currently built around the Advanced Get Faster plan, and I'm hitting Week 10 in that plan. So we need to decide what to load up between now and July 23 (assuming we load the IM Plan starting in Week 9)
I've scheduled a call. I'll have slides. They will include charts and graphs.

Feeling much better this week. It's refreshing to just ignore the plan, and the structure, and the CTL/TSB, and just go with what I feel like doing

The work you’ve done for the past 4 1/2 months bill I have set the stage for a great race prep assuming you can absorb it all now. Tell me how life is going as a sponge when you get a chance!
@Coach Patrick -- any thoughts on the question I posted in Coach*EN? Looking for insight on upcoming RR
