sleep: I have trouble sleeping on long travel, have been known to stay up for 19 hours on my way to Europe in past, S Africa is 36 hours of travel which include lay over in London and Johannessbug of about 5 hour each.
9 hours to London and 13 hours to Africa. then onto Port Elizabeth. I plan to try melatonin, Not certain when to dose it? and What is the dose anyways?

If you do Melatonin start with just 3 mg.

use right before want to sleep. use eye cover... earplugs may also help... and neck pillow
