The GroupMe and Endurance Nation Membership Connection
Folks, I waned to clarify the role of GroupMe / Text groups as part of the Team Experience.
These groups are intended to be a place for the Team, and sub-groups of the Team, to interact with one another. From racing to training to just fun, these groups have quickly become a core part of our community.
That said, these EN groups are part of your membership.
This means that if you cancel your EN membership, your access to these groups will end. Just as you will no longer have access to the training plans, resources and coaching. We will be instituting some steps to ensure that members who cancel are automatically removed from the groups in the near future; until now this has been done on a 1:1 basis.
There are groups which aren't organized by the Team / Coach P specifically; and membership in those groups is 100% voluntary / not controlled by your membership. So have at those groups!
At the end of the day, part of what makes EN a successful community is the fact that there is a business supporting it.

How do we find and join these chats? I searched Endurance Nation and nothin happened.
@Leslie Knight I found this in the wiki:
Scroll down to "Step 2, A2) GroupMe Zwift EN Event Listing" That link should work for that thread. One you are in there, ping Coach P (by typing @Coach...) and ask him to invite you to other GroupMe chats you might want.
Or, on any EN page, use the Chat function and contact Brenda - she might be able to help as well, and set you up for Race-Specific GroupMe chats
under Community > GroupMe in the Navigation.
