Swim's cancelled. How do i approach this?

I just learned last night that the swim at Augusta 70.3 has been cancelled and replaced with a 5K run making it a duathlon. How do I approach this first run as to pacing nutrition etc?

By the way, I took 5 min. off my Oly P.R. last week.

    Pace should be Do no harm.  I run my HIM pace close to my HM pace(z3) and I would run my 5k pre bike somewhere between z2 and TRP.  I wouldn't want to burn any  matches but want to still "race".  trying to squeeze out an extra minute or two here could be costly.  Nutrition would only change if you do something different before a run versus a swim.
