That's odd. Where did you experience the problems? Were you presented with a login page? Did you log in with your EN 3.0 username and password? The Admins are going to need to know a few more details about what happened in order to be able to help you more effectively.

It's still up. It's the 2nd link down under Resources on the Big Red Navigation Bar.

It's still in the "EN 3.0 area" so you might need to log in again with your EN credientials.
