Run Durability and Zwifting
Have started the run durability and for the first time want to jump into the Zwift game and I am wondering how the two work together with the fact run durability is run focused. How do you make the two work together? Also tri bike or road bike for zwift rides. Thanks for the help

@Dave Legg Last season I started a 120 day run streak on November 1st last year. Also started Zwift and some Zwift racing about the same time. All was good until the January outseason started. The combination of those things proved to be too much work for me. Super fatigued for most of the outseason and had a hard time finishing most of the workouts. Bottom line, pay close attention to how you are feeling so you don't dig too deep of a hole for yourself.
I believe Coach P has something written in the Run Durability section on how to fit the running into your current plan.
Tri or road bike is up to you. My preference is road.
