Hi Patrick, it's been a long time. i have been battling injuries for 2 years. I'm ready to get back into tri training/off season. i would like to start a run durability plan but training plan only shows a "4 week" run durability plan. i need some guidance on what to pick? i thought run durability plans were a few months or so? a little direction would be appreciated. thanks,

@Joe Crispino - great to hear you are healthy. All of the Run Durability plans are 4 weeks; you’d start with Phase 1, then 2 and 3 depending on how much time you have.
