RDP for Triathletes or RDP for Runners
I havent talked with Coach P yet, Kona ya know, and Im still recovering from IM but I wondering if there are any special opinions about one plan or the other? This will lead me into the OS which might start in January/February, no road map yet. I have done RDP last year but this year i will get to do a longer RDP before the OS.
So if you have started either of these whats your thoughts?

@Josh Church I quickly loaded up the RDP plans. It appears that the Phase 1 running is the same, 16 runs over the block averaging 45 minutes. The RDP for runners has cross training session while the Tri one has swim ( 1 hour) and bike (ABP)session inserted.
While I have not done these plans unless you are planning a run focus next year or need a total break from swim/bike I'd follow the tri plan.
