Longevity Wisdom From Ned Overend
A few years ago, Ned Overend recorded this 3 minute video, which I find very wise and concise. He's been having fun with his fitness at a VERY high level for pretty much the whole history of mountain biking, and has clearly learned a lot about himself and how to operate consistently as a fine-tuned machine. What he says may sound simple and obvious - like "Racing is hard enough, but I see people getting depressed about their results. [Shakes his head] Analyze it so you can improve, but don't be so hard on yourself" - but how many of his ten prescriptions do you actively apply on a regular basis?
