Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually Monday & Friday each week.

Coach Notes
Congratulations on another solid performance at army in Florida. Looking at the data I really would like to see us improve that bike and get to south of the six hour line. You been there consistently for years, and I know that we can do better. Your season is laid out below, see you can see what I'm thinking. Basically I want some wonder ability time now to keep you fit without to much stress or intensity. Keep all of those runs at TRP please. We also want to stay consistent on the bike and hopefully working some strength. Feel free to overlay the functional strength program into these wonder ability workouts to prepare you for the January health season.
Once the OutSeason® is over I'm going to transition you into our bike focused plan. During this time I want you to spend a lot of time on the bike this early-season surgeon volume help set you up for the work you need To do later in the year. Of course, I encouraged you to sign up for other Century or similar Fando events so that you will continue to challenge yourself on the bike in addition to your regularly scheduled workouts.
