Here's your updated Season Plan, as promised. This is where you'll return to post all your "coach" questions as responses; I'll see them and reply. This first post is my best outline of how to proceed with your races, but you can ask any / all questions you want. So post away, know that I reply here usually Monday & Friday each week.

Coach Notes

Okay man, I've lined up everything for you in the forum post below. I'm excited to see what we can do for you after this year.


I want you to continue with the Run Durability Program (RDP) now with the target of 26 miles per week for December and a big run week at the end of the month during the holiday break.


Then we will do the traditional out season built. Note that I have injected that by focus block for six weeks in the middle of your year. Really want you to dedicate yourself into becoming a cyclist for couple weeks and going beyond what you think you are capable of on the bike. I think that focus combined with your steady run mileage across the you have will really help you out.


On the same note, it will be nice to see what you could do and a half marathon at the end of the OutSeason®. Take a look at the calendar and see if there's anything we can schedule up for April. 


I think the year the motto for your 2019th season should be" shattering limits" in terms of pushing yourself to see what you're capable of.
