NovOS Week 4
I am a terrible run captain. This week was just a blur and I completely forgot to post on week 3 run. How is everyone's Outseason going? Are you seeing any improvements in your run? I feel like I've obtained a little more speed and I'm not as taxed on the run than I typically am this time of year. The treadmill workouts on Wednesday for hill work seem to be doing the trick for me. Plus the hills I'm running on the weekend long runs are not as difficult now. Does anyone have a half marathon or other run races scheduled soon? I'm looking at a half marathon next month just to see where I'm at. Have a great week everyone!!

Been hitting a daily run. Highlights this past week were a 7 miler full on speedwork run of 4x 1/2 mi & 2x 1/4 mile as well as yesterday's long run of 8.2 on the heels of a pretty hard 3 1/2 hr gravel ride on Saturday...
Looking forward to week 4 and will post the bike thread in a lil bit!
My long run ended up being a little over 10 miles. Got it done before the rain moved in! Had a tough spin followed by a 30 minute run. Struggled a little bit on the run but finished. Looking forward to possibly testing again next week to see if I have any gains.
