Week 8 NovOS Run
Well the holidays always bring changes in the training schedule and this past week was no exception. I had to switch around my long run to Monday to get back on track for the week. More meetings and end of year work to finish this week. Next stop...…. vacation! But yes I will keep training. Hopefully your training is going well this week so far. Has anyone scheduled a half marathon for the end of the Outseason? Onward...…..

Did the 3X1mi Zn4 intervals this morning on the T.M. My legs are pretty hammered from yesterday's 5X3' bike intervals, so warm up felt pretty bad, but once warmed up the intervals went pretty well.
Ran 11 miles on Monday to make up for missed Sunday Run. Missed yesterday due to life obligations. Did an ez 3 mile run this morning. and will be doing the 3x1s this afternoon at dusk...
@Mark Lane my legs were hammered after the bike yesterday too! Ugh!! But back at it this morning with the 65 min run this morning. @scott dinhofer I also had those left obligations and did my long run on Monday.... 10 miles. Ready for some NormaTec love ……...
@Keith Shireman did 2x runs today to catch up on some missed ones. 3 Mi felt ez this am at a 7:59/mi pace... then i went out to do my intervals and nailed em, target was around 6:55/Z4 did 3x1mi @ 6:47; 6:37; 6:45, felt shockingly good
