HM pacing when the first 10K (half) is on the beach

I am running a half marathon in a couple of weeks as a training run, not a true "race". I chose this one because it is considered "hard" as half of it is on the beach and some through loose sand in the dunes.

So here is my question: In terms of pacing, do I run this as 2X 10K races? Do I run on RPE the first sandy 10K and then stick to a true 10K pacing strategy the second half? Do I use a true HM pacing strategy and suck it up?

Is there something else?

Any suggestions would be helpful. thanks in advance
