Yoga recommendations
Can any of you recommend a yoga site? I'm looking for a 30 minute yoga video or self directed program for my next training block.
Thanks!

Hi @Janyne Kizer , I practice yoga ~weekly in person at the Funky Buddha studio in my town (Grand Rapids, MI). They are a pretty popular & successful studio. They have podcasts of sessions led by their instructors freely available (recent update). I've never tried their podcasts, but I love their yoga in studio. They have "Power Flow" which is a bit more taxing: more time in chair/lunge poses, and includes upward dog. They also have "slow flow" which does a brief plank instead of each "chatarunga" (upward dog), and spends more time holding stretches and less "flowing" at the end of the session. I think about the last 20-30 minutes of the 60 min slow flow are stretching, meditation, and savasana. I love to do slow flow right after a run or bike as a cool down & stretch.
Their sessions are 60 minutes, but maybe you can adjust accordingly to meet your 30 minute goal

Hi Janyne,
I use doyogawithme.com
They have many videos to choose from and they have some specifically for runners/athletes. They have plenty that are 30 minutes or less. The videos are free and awesome!
Happy Holidays!
Thanks @Virginia Edmonds and @Larry Peters !
Some others have recommended Sufferfest, Jasyoga, and Aaptiv as well. I was feeling a little lost and your recommendations really help!
I've heard good things about jasyoga but have not tried it yet. I am attracted by the athlete perspective. Not enough to try it yet thought lol. Please post what you try and if you like it!
I follow yoga with Adriene on youtube. She is great, years of sequences, challenges, and specific flows. Plus it’s totally free.
I downloaded the Gaia app. It’s $9.95 a month but has hundreds of videos, different styles, different lengths so you can chose what is right for you ona particular day. There are also so many different teachers that if have lots of variety. I do a short sequence every day. I particularly like a 20 minute post run segment. It really helps.
I use Bryan Kests website. A large variety of workouts and instructors. I believe you get a 7 day free trial.
Thanks for all of the recommendations! I have given Yoga with Adriene a try and like it so far. The price is right, that's for sure.
I may also give Jasyoga a try. I like the athlete centered focus but worry that there is not a ton of content there.
Gaia also looks interesting with a ton of content and an Android app.
