NOS 2018 Bike Week TEN- New Year, new #s

this is testing week and thus begins the third leg of our journey through the outseason. We will migrate our bike workouts from VO2 focus to consolidating the gains on the FTP... Looking forward to reading some great results!

  • Tues. Bike: Planned on testing, got up feeling pretty crappy. Just struggled thru a 2x12' Zn4@.97, .96.

    Short brick run on TM.

  • not doing a testing week. Did the Tour de Zwift yesterday. wasn't feeling strong, but managed what I felt was a good effort finishing the 27 miles in 1:07 with a NP of 231


  • Tough week, fighting a cold / feverish infection and slacked off. Felt better waking up in VT on Saturday and did a Skimo race. Dang that was hard (legs were cramping at end) , did the Tour de Zwift stage 2 as a recovery spin, but quickly found myself pushing, but well within limits... felt good to push!
