Here we are in Week 13, after this its testing week. Push hard in every workout to hit those #s and lock up the gains you've made in this season. Soon you can have ONE celebratory beer before moving on to your next training goals.

Tuesday was tough @scott dinhofer but I made it through the workout! Missed my swim this week. All these weather changes have me running on the treadmill more. Ugh!!
Tuesday: Felt pretty good, did bike intervals, pushed interval 2 to try to get a feel for the bike test, uploaded Garmin, wko disappeared-very frustrating!
Thursday: Did 4x7'(4'), really felt hard this morning, but got through.
I'm doing my Tour of Zwift Camp this week and will do OS weeks 13 and 14 after a rest week. Over 360 miles in the past 6 days. 3 more to go.
Got in the Sat. bike workout this morning with the 1x35' sweetspot interval @ .88 -that was tough.
Bike work has come a long way in the last 13 weeks. Going to use testing week 14 as a recovery week, then I start a HIM plan for IM70.3Va on May 5th, pretty much a hometown race for me.
