OK, I just finished entering my data and, to my surprise, I did NOT WIN. But I did run evey day and I have a streak that I am going to try and carry through the year. Thanks for the motivation.
The Holiday Run Challenge was just what I needed to put a nice bump in my Run CTL, and prove that Durability Work Works. Felt strong throughout. No signs or symptoms of any musculoskeletal problems. Team Texas did it the old fashioned way... everyone ran everyday.
I had such high hopes, started out with a nice run on Christmas...then on Sunday....the dreaded head cold/chest cold hit...out for the count! Everyone did really well!
