As you'll see in this forum, I handle all manner of edits and changes. So post away, know that I reply here usually M/W/F each week.

Thanks for reaching out!!! Congrats on the new job...and sorry to hear about the fitness. Coming back isn't just a physical battle; it's a mental one as well. We need to set some baseline goals for you to stay focused on, and once you are through about 5 weeks of training -- you'll be all set. We just have to get there!!! 👍
I have loaded the 2019 OS plan into your Final Surge account per my guidance below. As you will see, the OutSeason Plan is 14 weeks long and I recommend you dial in the L1 (Beginner) workouts. The first phase is pretty "chill" to allow for that adaptation; but all we really want is CONSISTENCY. That's where the magic happens.

Your Notes
I last raced IMAZ in 2017, and I took on a new job just after that and have let my fitness totally go. I am basically starting over. I cannot currently run straight for a mile....well, maybe I could really slow and I'd hurt after, but I have no idea honestly. Assume I can't. I swam 700 yards total (not straight, used a buoy some, paddles, etc) and I was a tad sore the next day. I have pretty much been sedentary for the last year and I have gained 40lbs since IMAZ. None. I have the ability and have been an intermediate athlete when focused and training properly, but I am below a beginner right now 8-/ if that is possible.
