NOS 2018 Bike Week 14 - The Grand Finale

Here we are week 14, testing week & the grand finale!!

For me, I had a rough go these last 4 weeks and will be repeating the last three weeks of the OS as a hacked week 11, then full on weeks 11/12/&13

  • @scott dinhofer I am right with you. I traveled, got sick and lost time so I slid the whole OS back by about three weeks. I'm glad I did. I'm feeling like I am getting the benefit the workouts. Nice work for all of you.! Good luck moving forward.

    I am doing a hack of week 11 this week, then rolling into solid as written execution of weeks 11/12/13

  • Sort of, @scott dinhofer. I sort of drifted from the plan while traveling and recovering, so I just slid the plan back. I tested on the bike yesterday to see where I was at. (week 10) I will train through this week with no run test and start on week 11-14 next week. So very similar to your schedule. I think I will use a bunch of races for the Tuesday and Thursday bike work for the last block as they look like mostly threshold type work. Good luck finishing up!

  • Did anyone else notice that week 10 has 3 totally blank days? Saturday, Sunday Monday are blank. No problem for me, but I wonder if this is an error.

  • @Sid Wavrin Week 10 is a testing week, that may be why there are blank days? but I am looking at mine, and they are not Blank...

    Monday - Strength Training

    Tuesday - Run Strides - Bike Test Powr

    Weds Run Test

    Thrs Bike - Recovery Ride

    Friday - Strength

    Saturday - ABP bike

    Sunday Long run


    this is why my repeat-a-thon is starting with a week 11 "light"

    i did 3x10 FTP this AM and they did NOT feel light!
