Help me with a t-shirt

Since John is doing IMAZ this year, I thought I'd do some advertising by wearing a t-shirt with something catchy on it to get people to either talk to me or go to my website to look at my nutrition coaching services.  However, I'm drawing a blank on what to put on the shirt.  I'll have my logo, but what else?

- "Got nutrition coach?"

- "Nail your nutrition at your next race with a nutrition coach!"

Those creative juices just aren't flowing.  Anyone have some thoughts?  I'm open to anything - well, just about anything.

  • Great ideas guys! Keep 'em coming. I might get several different ones.

Bonk is a four letter word.
I like to eat, and that's okay.

  • These are awesome!

I may get some for John to wear: "I eat for performance. Do you?"

Now, I just have to find a place to get them printed.

  • In the past I have used my inkjet and the iron-ons to do the low volume stuff. I have a vendor in Colorado that is pretty good with working with me on doing the screen prints the big issue with that on 1-5 shirts is the screen charge of $20-30 that everone wants initially. The other option would be embroidery but that too gets spendy depending on the size of lettering that you are doing and can be uncomfortable. Email me at michaelpd101@gmail.com if you want me to talk to Jim locally and see what he would do.
  • I use cafepress; set it up and you can buy from yourself at a discount....

  • @Mike: Thanks for the info. I'll let you know.

@Patrick: I was thinking of cafe press. Then, I can also make shirts for the dogs to wear at the race "My dad is an Ironman!"

  • I have a friend that owns a screen printing company and I think he can do anywhere from 1 to 1000+ shirts at a time.  I bet I could get him to do it for you if you let him throw his logo on there...

PM me if you want me to give you his email address so you can check it out.

  • I put some shirts together based on what you guys suggested. Take a look and let me know which you like or if you have other ideas.
