Cycle 3 on zwift and 2 on road "2 sunny days" still cold. Miles 122.5
Run: 5 runs dealing with a mild MCL sprain on right knee, better each day. This injury is not a show stopper and healing fast.
Other: USA swim coaches giving special class tonight on the crawl, class divided into swimmer and triathelete swimmers. Was put on rescue inhaler due to wheez durring swim, I should not have airway issues in oper water,
I'll be down loading 70.3 training plan plan next weekend, as I am about 12 weeks from next race.
