WKO4 Chart for reviewing TSS / CTL builds in each sport

I was working on season planning and wanted to look at build rates in previous years across each sport, so put together a WKO4 chart that lays it out. The report will summarize by the week for whatever time range is in the RHE. Maybe you'll find it useful.

NOTE: The calculations for CTL, ATL & TSB use the MAX CTL and ATL for the week... since CTL & ATL are calculated by the day, I've been struggling with the best way to look at them on a weekly basis. I don't think an average is the best way; would rather pull them from a Sunday each week, but haven't figured out how. My CTL and ATL normally peak on the weekends, so by using MAX, it is close.

  • Awesome chart @Rich Stanbaugh thank you for sharing!

  • @Rich Stanbaugh Thank you so much for creating this; I have a similar chart which summarizes my week by sport, but only includes the total CTL for all three. This will help fine tune my analysis, and also answer @tim cronk 's question of me from another thread , which I have been puzzling over for a week.

The coolest thing about this, is it all fits onto the screen without the need for scrolling! Save my thumbs...

  • Glad to Help @Al Truscott

As a caution, I'm still thinking through how to display the CTL when looking at weekly buckets. If I could figure how to do it, I would prefer to have my Sunday CTL, ATL & TSB displayed. Sunday works well for me since the weekends are typically big training days and CTL, ATL & TSB will be at "peak" values for the week.

Currently, the chart is looking at the max CTL/ATL and calculating TSB from these numbers. So, it won't match exactly what is in TrainingPeaks... but should be pretty close.
