Not able to see Incoming messages
I got an email notification that @Al Truscott sent me a message today, and I see a "1" (new message) on the dashboard and also when going to my inbox ("my messages"). But I cannot retrieve the message at all!
Sorry, Al, no more TBT discounts from me. I haven't been sponsored by them for 3 years now.
What's going on? Do I need to submit a ticket somewhere (where?)? I've had this problem before, a few years ago, and don't recall what I need to do.

@Scott Alexander Is this still an issue for you? I don't see any messages for you in the Forums, so it's likely on the Members side?

@Scott Alexander - there are 2 places he could have messaged you. On the dashboard (which is a diff email system, I think) and via the forums... check both, and say hi to Pepe!! -
