Advanced training - running 6 days per week
In the advance plan it has you running 6 days per week but final surge only has 4 run days. Where do you add the additional run days and what do you do on those days?

@John Schneider - the other two days of the week are up to you to pick where you want to put them. For some folks, they find that they need the break between the long run & the new week so they choose Monday as their only day off (running Tues-Sun straight). Others often choose to take Saturday/Thursday off, since they have either gone long on the bike or hammered the VO2 max rides. It just depends on what works for you and your body, you may change it up week over week.
Depending on what level plan (aka lvl 3) you are on you will also hit a few weeks where the suggestion is running all 7 days of the week.
Thanks for the reminder, @Patrick Hayden ! I thought that I remembered seeing something about adding 30-45 minute TRP runs as needed to meet your frequency targets.
