Race Week Brainstorming

 

One of my biggest fears is that all of you take what RnI write here as gospel. History has shown time and time again that there are just too many smart folks here to be contained in one list...enter this MindMap.

Three of your teammates (Al Truscott, Peter Geisin, Bryan Reece) have all added their input. Now it's embedded below, I am pretty sure you can add to it as well.

Please note: The point here is to give you an exercise to focus your mind on that last week, not just another 5 bullet points from someone else. If the frame below doesn't work you can view the map online here.

  • Just never occurred to me that I should wear the timing chip to bed. Is that so we can clock how many night time potty breaks we take? (I know I take a lot when normally I take none)

    No it's to clock how fast we take each potty break.

    Coach P: I was going to add something to it (concerning sunscreen, of course), but it asked me for a username and password---of which my google one did not work.
