WKO4 Support for Vasa Intervals

I've been working on a WKO4 report to find / analyze intervals on my Vasa Swim trainer. Like a lot of people, I will do set of intervals something: like 10x100m on the m:ss by just hitting lap button on my Garmin to start a new lap. I wanted to be able to understand things like: What was my avg power? how did it change as the intervals progressed? How does this workout compare to the same one last week?

Here is a start at a parent / child chart that takes a file from the Vasa, detects the intervals (based on the power channel) and answers some of those questions. Here are a couple of screen shots of the report and the chart pack is attached.

Government Health Warning: This report doesn't behave well for Vasa files without intervals. It still has some bugs and doesn't work well with all files with intervals. It is based on some power thresholds (to detect the intervals) and I suspect that it does not work well for swim powers that are too low.

Your Vasa must have power, or it will not work
