Hey Team,

I'm headed to VT tomorrow for Hoff camp 2019 (and so excited!). We've got an ambitious schedule of biking with a little OWS & running thrown in. One of the highlights is a charity ride (100 miles w/ ~7300 feet gain) on Saturday 06/22 to raise money for Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports, a nonprofit dedicated to providing outdoor recreation opportunities for people with disabilities.

As someone who shares a love of physical activity, I hope you agree that helping people with disabilities be physically active is an important pursuit.
