- Starting the run - 'if you can hear yourself breathing you're going to fast'.
- RPE should go up as the marathon progresses
- Find your pace early and hold it, don't slow down
- Instead of embracing the suck , do mental Jujutsu ... generate power
- You don't know your limits until you go pass them.

- Race rehearsals - plan nutrition and test it on hour run. You will know within 60 min id its not working.
- If you think you're going too fast than you are.

- Lock in top end of Zone 2
- Do training sessions that suck 🤮
