Trying some Hammer Soy protein powder for the first time race morning. I couldn't pass a portaloo all day. 😫 After the race I texted a friend and asked if he had ever tried a Soy product. He replied killers don't eat Soy 🤣

  • I was on the run for IMWI last year and at the special needs area I usually take a caffeine hit. I decided not to and 20' later I felt it. I was actually yawning. Never again. If I am not taking caffeinated gels, I will be hitting the 5 hr energy for sure.

  • I'll tell you after this weekend, since every race gives me a chance for more stupidity...

  • Using the BASE Performance Hydration at IM Canada last Sunday when I've never trained with it. I think that contributed to my feeling nauseated the majority of the run.

  • @Scott Imlay that stuff was HORRIBLE. I couldn’t even stomach it at the sample table in the expo!
