Schedule Detail in Plan???
Can someone tell me what the "to Zone 4" below means in my training schedule details? Does that mean I can "float" to the Zone 4 as I want if desired? Not sure.
-Level 2: 2 x 12' (4') @ Zone 3 (190 - 202 watts) to Zone 4 (226 - 238 watts) (90% FTP).

as I read it you are doing
two 12 minute intervals with a 4 minute rest interval (ez spin) after each one.
the effort of the interval is a range of your zone 3 to zone 4 watts.
it gets confusing because it gives your zones as ranges as well.
assuming your FTP is 238, I would target 90% of that # as my goal effort (214)

What @scott dinhofer said. I find it easiest to just target 90% and know it's ok to vary between 202 (85%) and 226 (95%) based on how you feel.
