Calf

Coach,

Thanks for your note this morning. My calf has been feeling much better...I soaked in Mirror Lake the weekend before IMLP and it must have been the healing effects of that special water.😀

I feel I am ready to start back slowly. I have been doing 15' runs with 15' walks per the plan. Please let me know how to build my mileage back up. I am not opposed to using a bike or elliptical to help easing back into mileage.
