Forum display
People often refer to 'what part of the country' or 'where I live' in the forum discussions. As such, it would be cool to have their hometown (city/state combo) listed with their name and picture on the left...it would also help us all to begin to learn more about where people are from as we would begin to notice locations more and more I think...

that is a good idea...
I wonder if we can get the old dashboard view of the forum topics with recent activity... instead of just seeing the most recent posts... i.e., if the last 5 posts were to the same thread, that's the only thread that gets "press" on the dashboard... I kinda liked seeing the variety - otherwise I tend to miss things...
Just my $0.02. Other than that, I like the new dashboard a lot!
