Weigh in 7/7
For those of you still trying to get down to your race weight. I'm a 214, back to the lowest I have been over the weigh in. Now to break through that barrier. 210 here I come.

I'm down a lb, surprising after a bit of a binge over the weekend - visiting American sis-in-law + July 4th + BBQ party = too much temptation, especially when you're manning the grill!
165lb and back to tracking my cals in LoseIt. I have a light (very) number in mind to hit by early September and then hold it through Everest Challenge Sept 25-26.
Been a while since I checked in here. Was 184 this morning which was nice as the last week or so has been filled with lots of eating and not much running. While no where near the goal of 172 I set way back when that was when I was going from the numbers on the "old scale" which read 6-8 lower at all times so getting closer.
The new scale thing kinda sucks as while I know that I am lighter than I was...looking at the same numbers makes it less fun, kinda like passing people that you passed before if you have to stop for some stupid reason in a race.
