Week Of 7/5/10 - Bike Thread

HIM Plan for today called for :80 bike and :25 run.  Had a babysitter for a limited amount of time so i had to do 1:11 bike and :20 run.

Since I am on week 3 of the 12 week Plan I am not doing all that much distance.  Was a GREAT ride and run.  I think the track workout yesterday (first in like 8 months) helped build my run confidence.  I pushed hard for the whole run.  At least hard for an old fat guy.

  • I had a brick this morning 60' bike 30' run.  Things are starting to come together and these relatively short workouts feel really good.
